၂။မုန်းတီးမှုကို လှုံ့ဆော်သောအသုံးအနှုန်းများ မပါရ
လူမျိုး၊ ကျား/မ၊ ဘာသာရေး၊ နိုင်ငံသား၊ လူမျိုးစု၊ နိုင်ငံရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်း၊ လိင်စိတ်ခံယူကွဲပြားမှု (သို့မဟုတ်) အလားတူ လက္ခဏာရပ်များအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ (သို့မဟုတ်) အဖွဲ့အစည်းများကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကျဆင်းစေခြင်း အစရှိသော အကြောင်းအရာများကို တင်းကြပ်စွာ တားမြစ်ထားပါသည်။ ဤအကြောင်းအရာများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ဖော်ပြချက်များကို ဘက်မလိုက်ဘဲ လေးစားမှုရှိသောပုံစံဖြင့် စကားအသုံးအနှုန်းများကို ဖော်ပြသင့်သည်။

အသုံးပြုသူများသည် အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်ထားသည့် အခြား Wisdom Garden ၏ မူဝါဒများနှင့် စည်းကမ်းချက်များအားလုံးကို လိုက်နာရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အသုံးပြုသူများသည် Wisdom Garden ပလက်ဖောင်းပေါ်တွင် အောက်ပါအကြောင်းအရာအမျိုးအစားများကို တင်ခြင်းမှ တင်းကြပ်စွာ တားမြစ်ပါသည် –
၁။နိုင်ငံတော်၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ထိခိုက်စေသော ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်များ
နိုင်ငံတော်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်း၊ စိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲအောင် လှုံ့ဆော်ခြင်း၊ မှားယွင်းသော ကောလာဟလသတင်းများ ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) လူမှုတည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းမှုကို ခြိမ်းခြောက်နိုင်သည့် အကြောင်းအရာများ။

၆။အကြမ်းဖက်မှုနှင့် အမုန်းစကားများ

၉။Malware (သို့မဟုတ်) အန္တရာယ်ရှိသော လင့်ခ်များ
ပလက်ဖောင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ၎င်း၏အသုံးပြုသူများကို အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်သော ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်များ၊ trojan များ (သို့မဟုတ်) လင့်ခ်များ တင်ခြင်း။
၁၀။ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ကြော်ငြာခြင်းများ

အကြမ်းဖက်မှုဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန် လှုံ့ဆော်ခြင်း၊ ကျူးလွန်ခြင်း၊ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်ခြင်း၊ အားပေးကူညီခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ကြံရာပါအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ ပူးပေါင်းကြံစည်ခြင်း။

အထက်ပါ တားမြစ်ထားသော အကြောင်းအရာများကို တွေ့ရှိပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အောက်ပါတို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည် –
၁။အသုံးပြုသူအား ကြိုတင်အသိပေးခြင်းမရှိဘဲ အကြောင်းအရာများကို ချက်ချင်းဖယ်ရှားခြင်း။
၂။လိုအပ်ပါက အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ပလက်ဖောင်းဝင်ရောက်ခွင့် (သို့မဟုတ်) အကောင့်ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကို ဆိုင်းငံ့ခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း။
၃။ပြင်းထန်သော ချိုးဖောက်မှုများအတွက် ဥပဒေအရ အရေးယူခြင်း၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများထံ အစီရင်ခံခြင်း။
အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တာဝန်များအား ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တာဝန်များဆိုင်ရာ စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့် ပလက်ဖောင်းစည်းမျဉ်းများကို မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို ကြိုတင်အသိပေးခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများသည် ဤစာမျက်နှာပေါ်တွင် တင်ပြီးသည်နှင့် ချက်ချင်းအကျိုးသက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Platform Rules
1.Be Respectful
Wisdom Garden is a diverse community with members from various backgrounds, beliefs, and opinions. While disagreements are inevitable, users must remain civil, respectful, and considerate towards others.
2.No Hate Speech
Content that attacks or disparages individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, political group, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics is strictly prohibited. Generalizations about these topics should always be phrased in a neutral and respectful manner.
3.No Harassment and Bullying
Abusive behavior directed at private individuals is not allowed. Repeated or unwanted contact constitutes harassment. Content must not include threats, incite violence, or advocate for harm, including self-harm.
4.Intellectual Property and Personal Rights
Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property or personal rights of others. Content sourced from external materials should be properly attributed, using block quotes or citations where appropriate.
5.Respect the Wisdom Garden Platform
- Do not use the platform to post or attract spam.
- Do not contribute viruses, malware, or other malicious programs, or engage in activities that harm the platform or bypass security measures.
- Do not use Wisdom Garden to promote or engage in unlawful activities.
6.Abide by Other Wisdom Garden Policies
Users must comply with all other Wisdom Garden policies and terms, which may be updated from time to time.
Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from posting the following types of content on the Wisdom Garden platform:
1.Statements Harmful to National Interests
Content that attacks the nation, incites division, spreads false rumors, or otherwise poses a threat to social stability.
2.False and Harmful Content
The generation of false information or rumors, the display of inappropriate content for public viewing, and the display of information intended to harm an individual’s social or economic standing are strictly prohibited.
3.Pornographic or Inappropriate Material
Any content containing sexual implications, nudity, obscenity, or related to sexual services.
4.Fraudulent Activities
Any form of deception, dissemination of false information, or actions aimed at defrauding others.
5.Gambling
Promoting gambling websites, events, or related services.
6.Violence and Hate Speech
Content that incites violence, threatens others, spreads hate speech, or encourages harm to others (including self-harm).
7.Illegal Activities
Any content linked to unlawful acts, such as drug trafficking, illegal trading, or money laundering.
8.Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
Using protected works, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property without proper authorization.
9.Malware or Malicious Links
Posting viruses, trojans, or links that may harm the platform or its users.
10.Unauthorized Advertising
Posting advertisements, promotional materials, or spam without prior approval from Wisdom Garden.
11.Terrorism and Related Offenses
Inciting, committing, attempting, aiding, abetting, or conspiring to commit terrorism.
Actions Taken
If any prohibited content is identified, Wisdom Garden reserves the right to:
1.Immediately remove the content without prior notice to the user.
2.Suspend or terminate the user’s access to the platform, if necessary.
3.Take legal action against serious violations, including reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Updates to User Liability
We reserve the right to modify the User Liability terms and platform rules at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
By continuing to use the Wisdom Garden platform after updates are posted, you accept the modified terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, please discontinue using the platform.
Reporting Problems
If you notice any content on Wisdom Garden that violates our guidelines or policies, please report it by emailing contact@wisdomgarden-mr.com
Violating the User Liability terms may result in the removal of content or limitations / termination of a user’s access to Wisdom Garden.
